Job Overview

As a Senior Techno-Functional SAP B1 Specialist, you will lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence. You'll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization: Oversee end-to-end deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. Configure modules and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
  • System Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications. Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
  • Ownership & Mentorship: Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges. Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).
  • Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles. Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development. Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.
  • Soft Skills: High Ownership & Hustle: Proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of urgency and dedication to results.
