We are seeking an experienced Natural ADABAS specialist to drive the delivery of high-quality mainframe systems.

  • Must have extensive experience in Natural ADABAS with a deep understanding of mainframe systems, including design, implementation, and production support.
  • Demonstrated foundational knowledge of large-scale, complex mainframe production systems, ensuring seamless application performance.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting applications across various platforms.
  • Strong background in mainframe development, encompassing design, analysis, and coding: Natural programming, TSO/ISPF, JCL, and DB2.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Perform critical application support tasks like system maintenance, security reviews, and task management.
  • Experience creating project documentation such as technical specifications, process workflows, and database records and field specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Mainframe Natural programs and Job Control Language (JCL) to meet project and operational needs.
