Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive recoveries on overdue loans, focusing on personal and business loans. The successful candidate will engage with customers, negotiate settlements, and ensure account closures while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact delinquent customers via calls to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Manage loan portfolios across different buckets of days past due.
  • Offer closure or restructuring options aligned with internal policies.
  • Maintain calling discipline and track customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met in customer communication and data handling.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience through professional communication.
  • Prepare and update call records and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in collections or recoveries.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling or collections is a must.
  • DRA Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recovery processes.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
