Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist


We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a senior IT infrastructure specialist. This role will involve overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software components within our organization's IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers
  • Handle server management, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and security protocols are in place
  • Oversee IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Provide support for network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across the organization
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide IT solutions and support


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ODIN software
  • Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management
  • Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
