Azure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain secure, high-availability cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure services, including virtual networks, storage, compute, and security.

Responsibilities include creating detailed design documents, organizing resources, managing access, policies, and compliance across multiple subscriptions, conducting assessments of current infrastructure, implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for Azure solutions, designing and implementing security best practices for Azure environments, working closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate Azure solutions, implementing cost management strategies to optimize cloud spending, monitoring and reporting on cloud usage and costs, providing recommendations for cost savings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including virtual networks, storage, compute, and security.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and .NET programming.
  • Knowledge of project management documentation artifacts for SDLC and change management.
  • Good communication skills, with ability to effectively articulate ideas and convey information.
