Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee mid-market and emerging large corporates to ensure optimal business outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor borrower accounts, stay updated on developments, and provide timely advice to borrowers in turnaround situations regarding liquidity concerns, viability studies, and sustainable business plans.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with clients by offering strategic guidance and support in navigating financial challenges.
  • Analyze credit files, financials, and security documentation to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted recovery strategies.
  • Evaluate exposures proactively and design early warning triggers for allocated accounts to minimize potential risks.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in banking, asset reconstruction companies, or big 4 consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with various industries and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
