Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

This position requires a highly skilled individual to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our Software Configuration Management (SCM) suite and DevOps platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, integrating, and managing SCM tools, as well as standardizing and optimizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an expert in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security, and identity management.
Responsibilities:
  • SCM & CI/CD Design:
    • Architect and integrate SCM tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible) to ensure seamless collaboration among teams.
    • Standardize and optimize CI/CD pipelines to minimize manual intervention and maximize efficiency.
  • Platform Availability & Performance:
    • Built and maintain a highly available platform ensuring 24/7 uptime and zero downtime during core business hours.
    • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Disaster Recovery & Backup:
    • Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour Recovery Time Objective (RTO).
    • Automate backup and restoration processes to guarantee 100% data recovery.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines to ensure secure access.
    • Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management) to protect sensitive information.
    • Maintain compliance with corporate and industry security standards to mitigate risks.
  • Identity & Access Management:
    • Integrate Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication for secure login.
    • Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, administrators, and service accounts.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
    • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers to drive growth and innovation.
