Job Title: Senior Staff Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Total experience 10+ years in Project Management roles.
  • Strong working experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex and technical development projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deep-dive into technical issues and problem-solving.
  • Experience in leading projects involving Agile delivery, DevOps, QA, and support functions.
  • Capable of managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.
