Software Quality Assurance Leadership Role

As a senior software quality assurance leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software products.

  • Lead a team to ensure seamless project execution and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature testing and align with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain robust test strategies across user interface, application programming interfaces, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Drive clear and user-friendly product documentation and test assets.
  • Manage project execution plans and resource allocations in partnership with senior engineers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of quality assurance experience, with a strong balance of manual and automation testing (approximately 30% manual).
  • Hands-on experience in automation using Selenium with Java or Python, Protractor with JavaScript.
  • Strong API automation experience (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
  • Proficient in converting requirements to detailed test cases.
  • Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Experience with SaaS-based product companies.
  • Domain expertise in fintech.
  • Familiarity with modern testing tools such as Puppeteer.
