Quality Assurance Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will lead the quality assurance team in ensuring our digital health solutions meet the highest standards of quality. As a key member, you will work closely with project teams to define and execute project deliverables in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality testing strategies that demonstrate software applications meet business requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end testing delivery, including leading multiple projects and QA testers.
  • Implement automation-first strategies and evaluate quality across phases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to acquire UAT signoff and provide input on estimating various testing activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools (Selenium, Azure DevOps, JIRA), and scripting languages (SQL, Python, Java).
  • Experience with testing types (functional, UI, API, database testing) and regulatory standards (ISO, HACCP).
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with experience in large-scale environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading global QA teams, driving test strategy, and executing complex testing plans.
  • Ability to influence quality practices, promote automation adoption, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:

Applicants should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SQL. ISTQB certification is preferred. Cantonese speakers are encouraged to apply but English proficiency is required. Experience in medical, health, or life insurance is an asset. Test data management and API testing experience are also desirable.
