Job Overview

This is a dynamic role that will provide opportunities to develop and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Direction: Provide guidance to employees at various levels of the company regarding organizational policies and procedures.
  • Stay Updated: Remain informed about federal, state, and case law changes, as well as labor law updates that impact the organization.
  • Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with Business Partners to revise and update Company policies, prepare employee handbooks, and ensure compliance.
  • Reporting and Special Assignments: Regularly assist the People Excellence team in preparing reports and other special projects.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee relation issues, such as complaints, personnel matters, investigations, and performance improvement processes, as directed by the Business Partner.
  • Performance Management: Support the company's performance management process and work with HR Business Partners to provide necessary support for employee and manager success.
  • Coordination and Communication: Assist with coordinating company functions and communicate important information to employees.
  • Representation: Represent the organization at various recruiting events, including job fairs and open houses.
  • Improvement and Innovation: Continuously look for ways to improve programs and meet organizational needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to teamwork, collaboration, and employee welfare initiatives.
Technical Requirements
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office and similar software applications.
  • Information Analysis: Ability to analyze present information and data.
  • Problem-Solving Approach: Methodical and organized approach to problem-solving.
  • Performance Management: Knowledge of performance management principles and practices.
  • Compensation Benefits: Understanding of compensation and benefits systems.
  • Labor Legislation: Familiarity with labor legislation and employment rights.
