The primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Specialist is to foster and maintain productive professional relationships with clients. This involves leading a team of individuals, ensuring effective performance and development.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to actively listen and understand clients' business contexts to offer tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through upselling higher-value services.
- Systematically follow up with clients and ensure timely and efficient closures of deals.
- Address and resolve client complaints promptly to maintain positive client relations.
- Plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets.
- Build and nurture productive professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Techniques: Proficient in applying various sales techniques to meet targets.
- Client Understanding: Ability to actively listen and understand clients' business contexts to offer tailored solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independence: Capable of working independently while managing a team effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong team management and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire the team.
- Data Interpretation: Competence in interpreting data and managing reports to drive performance.
