We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Training Specialist to join our team at Maxis Clinical Sciences. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training experiences to customers, building strong partnerships, and driving utilization through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive medical device training to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to maximize product usage.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to optimize customer engagement and utilization.
  • Troubleshoot product issues at customer sites, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the development of usability enhancements.
  • Document customer feedback and complaints, ensuring that insights are shared across the organization to inform product development and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational and clinical materials that showcase our products' capabilities and benefits.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team by demonstrating our products to potential customers, highlighting their value proposition and differentiators.
  • Provide training to new distributor staff, empowering them to effectively promote and support our products.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities within designated territories, leveraging your knowledge of the product line and competitive landscape to drive business growth.
  • Participate in trade shows and events, representing Maxis Clinical Sciences and showcasing our products to industry professionals.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on application visits, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that insights are actionable and informing future product development and service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in training on medical devices or equipment use and application.
    • Proven presentation skills and success in facilitating training and knowledge transfer.
    • Flexibility to manage an irregular travel schedule, with ability to travel as needed.
    • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail, with clear and concise written and verbal communication.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
