Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in the UK medical recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will provide support in handling payroll queries, invoice queries, and running payroll, as well as overseeing PASA and monthly invoicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Queries: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Invoice Queries: Provide assistance with invoice-related questions, maintaining excellent communication with clients.
  • Running Payroll: Complete the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payments, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • PASA: Run the PASA report, disseminate information to relevant teams, and prepare the Missing Timesheet Report.
  • Monthly Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing for clients, maintaining financial integrity.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Certification in Payroll (CIPP or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within the medical recruitment sector.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, leveraging strong leadership skills.
  • Experience processing high volumes of data, demonstrating analytical prowess.
  • Proven experience in handling payroll and invoice queries, showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, upholding professional standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, utilizing software efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, identifying areas for improvement.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
