Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to manage our payroll operations, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and develop effective compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage payroll operations, including data collection, calculation, and processing
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as tax withholding and employment law
  3. Develop and implement effective compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll operations with other business functions
  5. Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Expert knowledge of payroll processes, compensation strategies, and employment law
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
