Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to spearhead our luxury residential building and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 years of experience in project management, with expertise in software's such as Auto-CAD.

They will be responsible for coordinating with consultants and vendors on regular basis and conducting site visits to ensure proper construction process till hand over.

The successful candidate will have strong coordination skills with contractors and vendors, expertise with building structures and the entire project lifecycle, and ability to create precise technical documents for construction projects.

Regular site visits will be required to ensure proper construction on site and maintaining proper documentation of all coordination.

Mitigating delays, and facilitating project team meetings and communications will also be key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in project management and luxury residential buildings/hospitality
  • Proficiency in software's such as Auto-CAD
  • Strong coordination skills with contractors and vendors
  • Expertise with building structures and the entire project lifecycle
