Project Manager Job

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing interior fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover.

The selected candidates will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects. They will develop and manage project budgets and timelines, establish and implement Project Management Plans, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects
  2. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
  3. Establish and implement Project Management Plans
  4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery
  5. Monitor construction progress and implement mitigation plans in case of delays
  6. Handle project documentation, change control processes, and contract administration
  7. Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies
  8. Organize and chair regular project meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items
  9. Manage health & safety implementation throughout the project lifecycle
  10. Coordinate seamless handover and closeout of projects
  11. Maintain high-quality documentation with detailed records at each stage

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 5–7 years in Interior Fit-Out with leading IPCs, preferably for Retail, Commercial, or F&B sectors
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in handling multiple small to medium-scale projects
  • Skills Required:
  1. Strong team and time management
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving
  3. Site coordination and documentation expertise
  4. Creative and artistic flair with a good design sense
  5. Experience interfacing with clients, contractors, and consultants
  6. Willingness to travel PAN India for site visits
