About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our project management team and drive exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, develop, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of project managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Develop and implement project resource plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting/exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded services, product defect resolution, and high-priority enhancement requests.
  • Oversight and understanding of all projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for project managers.
  • Monitor and track project plans, follow-up on deliverables, and action items to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide proactive weekly communication to customers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, issues, risks, and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability in implementing and running technical/process projects (3+ years).
  • Ability to analyze current project status, areas of concern, project risks, and provide recommendations using data analytics.
  • 5+ years' experience managing highly productive teams of project managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Past experience as a project manager, architect, or engineer in IAM Space (5+ years).
  • Full understanding of project nuances from all angles; ideally have background in IAM Vendor/IAM Services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel at all levels.
  • Experience with project planning, risk management, and delivering mid- to large-scale IAM deployments.
  • Skilled in mapping customer pain-points to vendor solutions.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and lead teams through prioritization of activities.
  • Demonstrated success with process-driven programs – scrums, metrics, checklists, repeatable methodologies, project post-mortems, etc.
  • Customer-focused with Customer Success top of mind.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver artifacts such as Requirements, Architecture, Design, Testing, etc.
  • Start-up mentality with wearing multiple hats and doing what it takes to drive Customer Success.
Desired Skills:
  • Preferably has managed IAM cloud deployment projects in the past.
  • Preferably has implemented Cloud (AWS/Azure or other) deployments.
