About the Role

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to join us in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI and a passion for creating intuitive user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design seamless user interactions for AI-driven applications.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively bring AI capabilities to life.
  • Develop a deep understanding of AI model behavior and constraints to design effective input/output experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
  • Ensure accessibility, ethical design, and trust-building in AI interactions.
  • Advocate for a design process considering explainability and transparency when working with AI features.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–4 years of experience as an Interaction Designer or related role, with at least 1 year working on AI-enabled products.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing interaction design work, preferably with AI or data-driven features.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of AI-specific UX challenges like uncertainty handling and user trust.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in conversational UI/voice interface design.
  • Exposure to usability testing methods and analytics tools.
