About the Position

We are seeking an AI UX Specialist with hands-on experience designing intuitive and functional user interfaces for AI-powered products. You will be responsible for translating user needs into engaging interaction flows for applications where AI plays a central role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and UX designers to design seamless user experiences for AI-driven applications.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that bring AI capabilities to life in a clear and human-friendly manner.
  • Understand AI model behavior and constraints to design effective input/output experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and behavioral data.
  • Ensure accessibility, ethical design, and trust-building in AI interactions.
  • Advocate for a design process that considers explainability, transparency, and user control when working with AI features.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or related role, with at least 1 year working on AI-enabled products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design work, preferably with AI or data-driven features.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Understanding of AI-specific UX challenges like uncertainty handling, user trust, and model explainability.
  • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into intuitive user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
