Talent Acquisition Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic recruitment professional who excels in fast-paced environments, has a knack for identifying top talent, and can manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across levels
  • Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
  • Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess fit and communication
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience
  • Maintain and update candidate data and pipelines
  • Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring goals and deliver on them

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to pitch roles, sell the company vision, and build rapport quickly
  • A recruiter's brain to understand profiles, assess fit quickly, and match the right person to the right role
  • Experience with sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to work in a startup environment
