We are looking for a dedicated IT Recruiter to join SFJ Business Solutions, a leading E-Learning company based in Bengaluru. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company&aposs growth and success. You will be involved in exciting projects related to IT recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates&apos relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in the selection process.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
- Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company and attract talent.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
