Main Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

"- 10+ years of experience in UX design with significant leadership roles.- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX leadership across complex B2B or data-intensive products.- Expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and UX strategy.- Experience building and scaling design systems and standards across product suites.- Proven success in leading UX teams in agile environments.- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and user-centered design principles.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.- Familiarity with analytics platforms, dashboards, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
