Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Architect to lead our development team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to the development team.
  • Design, develop, and integrate scalable web-based applications and backend systems.
  • Define and maintain the overall architecture for all system-level initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions by identifying requirements and planning architecture.
  • Solve highly technical and complex problems efficiently.
  • Create user scenarios, data models, workflows, and UI/UX structures.
  • Break down large-scale projects into structured components for execution.
  • Oversee progress of development and ensure design integrity and quality.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews and creative meetings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and operational managers to drive project success.
  • Produce architectural documentation and progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Continuously stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable web-based applications using n-tier architecture.
  • Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
