We are an innovative startup focused on revolutionizing the field of mental health by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence. As we build our platform from scratch, we seek a talented and experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive personalized mental health solutions.
Role Overview:As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing intelligent systems that enhance user experience and improve mental health outcomes. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to create cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, Develop, and Deploy Machine Learning Models
- Pre-process and Clean Data for Model Training
- Evaluate Model Performance using Metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1-score, and Accuracy
- Optimize Algorithms for Performance, Scalability, and Accuracy
- Integrate Machine Learning Models into the Product's Backend Architecture
- Collaborate with Backend and Frontend Developers to Ensure Seamless Integration of AI Components
- Document Models, Data Pipelines, and APIs
- Stay Up-to-date with the Latest Advancements in AI and Machine Learning
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series Forecasting
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
