We're seeking qualified part-time internationally licensed therapists to join our network and deliver care using a tech-enabled AI/machine-learning platform focused on patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel clients with varying levels of mental health needs, from short-term goal-focused support to ongoing employer-sponsored care.
- Treat adults who have completed evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
- Possibly work with additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar displaying availability and complete session documentation within our scheduling system.
- Employ evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with our dedicated support teams whenever needed.
- Provide culturally sensitive, empathetic care that aligns with our values promoting diversity and inclusion.
- You hold an unrestricted license to practice therapy (Therapist, Counselor, Clinical Therapist, etc.) in India.
- You have at least 3 years of independent clinical experience.
- You're comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms.
- You can offer some monthly in-person availability for our members in Bengaluru.
- You have training and experience in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
- You can provide safety planning and intervention during high-risk situations.
- You prioritize quality clinical care and continuous improvement.
- You enjoy working independently while appreciating team support and collaboration opportunities.
