About Our Initiative

The traditional therapy model wasn't designed for modern Indians' lifestyles, thoughts, and decision-making processes – and this gap is evident. As a seasoned entrepreneur based in Bangalore with a top-tier MBA and leadership experience across high-growth consumer startups, I've dedicated the last year to developing a new kind of therapy platform.

This innovative platform is grounded in empathy but empowered by data, AI, and predictive models. We've already served over 200 users with tangible outcomes, indicating that we're on the cusp of revolutionizing how mental health is accessed in India.

I'm now seeking a co-founder to join me in scaling this initiative. The ideal candidate should be a technical builder or product leader comfortable working across the tech stack or a marketing maverick who can oversee distribution, content, and outreach strategies.

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous startup / 0→1 experience
  • Personal financial runway for at least 24 months
  • Full-time commitment, preferably based in Bangalore
