About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled High-Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for running sales calls for premium coaching, agency, and career-launch offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run 4–6 qualified Zoom calls daily (≈ 100–120 / month)
- Maintain a 10–15 %+ live close rate
- Revive old leads and self-book additional calls as needed
- Keep CRM notes and follow-ups sharp
- Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews
Compensation
You will receive a competitive base draw with uncapped commission opportunities. Your earning potential will depend on your performance and the number of deals you close.
Earning Example
- Close 10 deals in a month and take home approximately ₹1 lakh (base pay + commission).
- Close 20 deals in a month and take home approximately ₹2 lakh (base pay + commission).

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
