Vertical: Banking & Financial Services (Capital Markets)
Location: Pune / Gurugram
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Consultant to join our growing Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) vertical. The ideal candidate will bring strong solutioning, transition management, and leadership skills, with proven expertise in handling large-scale multi-tower projects in the BFSI domain.
This is a high-visibility role that requires executive presence, people management, and thought leadership to drive impactful solutions and client success.
- Lead solution design and transition for BFSI (Capital Markets) engagements from day one.
- Drive multi-tower project management within the BFSI domain, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to design innovative and scalable solutions aligned with client needs.
- Stay informed about new trends in the BPS industry and translate them into actionable insights.
- Deliver high-impact client presentations with confidence, clarity, and executive presence.
- Manage and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and strong performance.
- Oversee PMO-related tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and governance standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the BFSI domain lifecycle, processes, and regulatory landscape. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of managing multiple multi-tower projects in BFSI within their previous roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in Solutions/Transitions within BFSI (third-party or captive international BPO).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and Forms.
- Hands-on experience with PMO tasks and activities, with sound clarity of concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Confident presenter, quick learner, and self-starter with the ability to handle multiple subprocess requirements.
