Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Booking and Sales Team as a Coordinator. This role involves handling booking confirmations, payment schedules, and client documentation in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement
    • Respond promptly to booking inquiries and arrange site visits for clients.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to present suitable packages and quotations to clients.
  • Booking Documentation
    • Prepare and share booking confirmations and payment schedules with clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of all booking-related paperwork.
  • Internal Coordination
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
    • Provide clients with timely updates and maintain a professional communication flow.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality, events, or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing is necessary.
