Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate, Client Processing. This role is located in Pune and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of client processing.

  • Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions, interacting with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
  • Processes account-related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction, following established procedures, answering inquiries, and resolving problems or issues.
  • Manages situations that require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response, escalating more complex situations to senior colleagues.
  • Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Performs complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, contributing to the achievement of team objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we require:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
  • Minimum 3.5+ years of prior experience in operations (Corporate Trust, Client facing, Derivatives functions, brokerage processing preferred).

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
