We are seeking a skilled Construction Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities, conducting rate analyses, and managing billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bills of Quantities Preparation: Prepare accurate and detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
  • Quantity Surveying and Rate Analysis: Conduct thorough quantity surveys and rate analyses to ensure accurate pricing and cost estimation.
  • Billing System Management: Manage and maintain billing systems, ensuring timely and accurate payment to contractors and suppliers.
  • Financial Accuracy: Maintain high levels of financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • BOQ Preparation and Quantity Surveying: Proficiency in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying, with experience in conducting rate analyses.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Billing Systems Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of billing systems, including software applications and best practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in financial documentation.
  • Collaborative Work Style: Collaborative work style, with the ability to work effectively with project management and construction teams.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; preferably with experience in the construction industry.
