Billing Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing processes from start to finish, including creating and sending invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any billing-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices related to billing and financial management.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of experience in billing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
