Cloud Professional Role
A Cloud Computing Professional is responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure and applications, helping organizations migrate to the cloud, ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy cloud solutions using major platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Migrate applications and data from on-premises systems to the cloud.
- Monitor cloud performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage.
- Implement security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and IT teams to integrate cloud services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, etc.) preferred.
