Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
  • This role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
  • The ideal candidate will drive infrastructure automation with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Bicep, or Ansible.
  • Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) or ECS expertise is necessary for deploying and managing containerized applications.
  • Maintaining system performance, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability are key responsibilities.
  • A strong understanding of DevSecOps practices is required to ensure secure infrastructure and deployments.
  • Collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams is essential for streamlining release processes and improving efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, RDS – Aurora MySQL preferred) and Azure (VMs, Storage Accounts, App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Networking, RBAC).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates/Bicep, or Ansible.
  • Experience with designing and managing CI/CD workflows with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
  • Expertise in Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) or ECS.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor, or ELK Stack.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of service mesh and API gateways.

Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate.
  • Azure Certified Solutions Architect Expert.
