Technical Services Manager Job Description

As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and contractors on site. This includes conducting laboratory testing, analyzing results, and preparing summaries of findings.

You will also be required to mix designs as per customer requirements, conduct troubleshooting to determine reasons for problems or complaints, and provide technical assistance to the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction chemicals and experience in the construction industry. A B.E. Civil Engineer with experience in construction chemicals or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in construction chemicals is preferred.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • 8 years of experience in admixture business or 8-10 years of experience in construction chemicals industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
