Mid-Level Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations. They will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client IT and business goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and industry developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
