Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function.

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  • Assist with general office administration and upkeep.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment efforts, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding assistance, HR record maintenance, policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and general office administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
