Key Responsibilities

Driving Sales and Customer Service

a. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the respective territory.

b. Focus on providing exceptional customer service to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the store.

c. Drive a culture of high sales performance expectations and motivate field teams to achieve results.

d. Review financial performance at the regional level to identify improvement opportunities.

e. Serve as a critical strategy planning link between Corporate and the field organization.

f. Translate corporate goals into business plans and assess field capability to establish performance priorities.

Manpower Planning & People Development

a. Work with the HR team and Store Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels for effective store operations.

b. Direct responsibility for professional development of Lenskart Associates.

c. Assess and prioritize advanced management skill gaps and conduct performance evaluations.

d. Establish a culture that embraces diversity and maximizes learnings from a diverse team.

e. Overall responsibility for associate development.

Managing P&L of the Assigned Stores

a. Manage and maintain territory and store budgets to ensure profitability.

b. Manage the top and bottom line effectively of the assigned territory and stores.

c. Reduce shrinkage and manage staff productivity.

d. Use cost-effective methods to ensure productivity of the respective territory.

Managing and Maintaining High Standards of Retail Operations

a. Regular Store Visits

o Audit stores and coach Store Managers.

o Motivate staff through sales discussions and check VM, stock availability.

o Check store hygiene, grooming, and assess discipline levels.

b. Analyze Data Before Store Visits

o Monitor sales through data and assess productivity and achievements of stores.

o Review store staffing levels, product flow, supply, demand, and shrinkage.

o Review NPS and MC scores and recommend changes to ZM/BH basis visits.

o Ensure timely reporting of data and implement company regulations.

Inventory Management

a. Ensure availability of required merchandise and services at each assigned store.

b. Ensure inventory levels are well-balanced and make key decisions about inventory control.

c. Conduct physical verification of inventory on regular intervals and ensure staff has basic understanding of POS System.

d. Ensure necessary quality checks for new products and reduce shrinkage at store level.

e. Work closely with various departments to ensure best customer experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Full Time Post Graduate with 7-9 years of relevant experience into retail industry
  • Post-Graduation is a must
