Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
