Development Sector Analyst Position

RISO Intelligence is seeking an experienced analyst to join our team in crafting data-driven solutions for the development sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to diverse projects across domains like education, health, environment, and rural development.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on baseline-endline studies
  • Support policy analysis and research publication development
  • Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis
  • Prepare research briefs and summary reports
  • Support needs assessment studies and impact evaluations
Data Management & Visualization:
  • Assist in survey design and data collection tool development
  • Help maintain project databases and documentation
Content Development & Social Media Support:
  • Assist in creating information, education, and communication materials
  • Support script development for awareness content
  • Help in documenting success stories and case studies
  • Create engaging social media content for various platforms
  • Assist in social media posting and community engagement activities
  • Support development of visual content and infographics for various platforms
Project Support:
  • Provide research support to senior team members
  • Assist in client presentation preparation
  • Support field survey coordination and data collection
  • Help in project documentation and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Social Sciences or related field
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
