Engati, an award-winning conversational AI platform, is seeking an ambitious leader to drive business development and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or business development and be able to build and manage a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, representing Engati with customers and partners, and playing a key role in driving the company's business growth strategy.

MBA preferred from a renowned business school. Prior experience in sales or business development is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of sales professionals, including SDRs, BDRs, AEs, and sales managers.
  • Drive revenue growth and targets for individual team members.
  • Represent Engati with customers, partners, and other external parties.
  • Play a key role in driving the company's business growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a renowned business school.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development.
