Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager to spearhead the delivery of high-impact outcomes through seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Dive into platform engineering initiatives, leveraging strategic insights and partnering with diverse stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
  • Take ownership of timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across all levels, fostering transparent communication around shared goals.
  • Promote AI-driven decision-making by grounding choices in data-driven narratives for strategic alignment.
  • Identify dependencies and risks early on, mitigating them before they escalate into crises.
Requirements
  • A minimum 8-10 years of experience as a TPM with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in leading large-scale platform engineering endeavors involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and significant business impact.
  • Past experience in establishing and driving engineering productivity metrics and transformation initiatives.
