The Opportunity

Join our founding core as a visionary leader, shaping brand strategy, program content, and long-term vision alongside the Founder/CEO. This strategic role offers unparalleled opportunities for growth, with a focus on operational excellence, market expansion, and driving industry-wide change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to shape the company's long-term vision, program content, and overall direction.
  • Business Development: Lead B2B sales efforts, establish partnerships with corporates, GCCs, and Kerala wellness vendors, and drive revenue growth.
  • Operations: Oversee program delivery, vendor relations, team onboarding, client experience, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Marketing: Guide messaging and positioning, social media presence, thought leadership, and client testimonials to establish the company as a leading authority in the industry.
  • Financial Planning: Drive pre-sales execution, unit economics, investment rounds, and expansion funding to fuel growth and sustainability.
  • Technology: Develop analytics tools and track ROI to inform data-driven decisions and enhance personalization.
  • Representation: Serve as a mission-driven brand ambassador, representing the company in media, public forums, and strategic partnerships.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years of experience in executive leadership, corporate L&D, wellness, startup, or strategy roles.
  • A proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience building or scaling a business.
  • A deep appreciation for Indian philosophy and modern leadership, able to synthesize both.
  • A strong network among corporates, startup communities, and the wellness sector.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ready for an equity-based founding role with substantial growth opportunity.
  • Located in or able to relocate to Bengaluru, with flexibility for frequent travel to Kerala and major Indian metros.
