Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive automation and yearly goals.
  • Collaborate with product management/engineering teams to understand program requirements and develop effective processes.
  • Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement short-term and long-term solutions using industry-proven tools like lean/six sigma.
  • Develop team goals and metrics to measure progress towards solving business problems and achieve buy-in from stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
