Job Title: Strategic Talent Director

A pivotal leadership role awaits in guiding clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic insight and unwavering excellence. This individual will focus on operational efficiency, seamless delivery, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the first point of contact for the client and the first escalation point for any daily operational issues.
    • Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and drivers.
    • Ensure the onsite team consistently meets all internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.
    • Develop and refine client processes and procedures to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
  • Operations Management:
    • Analyze SLAs, service quality, and delivery costs to identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain a strong external network to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.
    • Manage program-level financial and administrative processes to support the day-to-day management of the account.
  • People Management:
    • Lead and manage the recruitment and induction of new team members.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.
    • Assess and address the training needs of your team to support their personal development plans.
Requirements:
  • 10-12+ years of experience in technology hiring, preferably in a program management or team leadership role within an RPO or large-scale recruitment environment.
  • Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
