Talent Acquisition Director
This role is central in driving impactful talent delivery strategies and steering clients through their recruitment journey with strategic insight.
Job DescriptionAs an operational leader, you will be responsible for managing the onsite delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the program in a matrix-based environment, monitoring team productivity to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Act as the first point of contact for the client and the first escalation point for any daily operational issues.
- Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and drivers, ensuring resource strategies are aligned and forecasting is accurate.
- Develop and refine client processes and procedures; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
You will leverage your expertise in talent delivery to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
