
Executive Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our oil additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. Key objectives include maintaining and growing existing business profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with customers at different levels within the organization to drive sales growth.
- Identify new opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Lead OEM and industry liaison activities, focusing on identifying potential target Indian OEMs within the automotive industry and industrial segment.
- Develop effective sales strategies for customers and segments in the region.
- Collaborate closely with departments of principals to support strategic business goals.
- Conduct market research activities including market analysis, competitor analysis, product placement analysis, and local or regional price level analysis.
- Monitor changes in business dynamics, marketplace opportunities, competitive threats, and supply position.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a degree in engineering.
- Desirable: basic knowledge of lubricants and its application.
Added Advantage:
- MBA in Sales / Operations.
- Experience handling public sector customers.
