Job Summary:

The Area Manager will be responsible for managing the overall cost management services, including precontract works and post-contract works. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team and serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and collect cost data for benchmarking purposes.
  • Deliver end-to-end scope of work and support the commission manager with reporting data.
  • Manage project stakeholders, risk, variations, escalations, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Understand client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and be accountable for delivering projects within agreed parameters.
  • Ensure all projects are managed within client governance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: B. Tech Civil / Architecture with post-Graduation in NICMAR / RICS.
  • Experience: 10 – 15 years, with 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
