Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating local NGO partners, ensuring quality outcomes, building partnerships with government stakeholders, conducting city-level consultation workshops, managing project budgets and financial tracking, leading monitoring and report writing for the MHT team, and developing and implementing the organization's own programme in select slums.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, knowledge in climate, resilience, or related fields, strong government liaison and networking skills, proficiency in Excel, budgeting, and report writing, and a graduate or master's degree preferred. Additionally, a background in gender and women's leadership is desirable.

  • Ensure quality outcomes through coordination with local NGO partners
  • Build and maintain partnerships with government stakeholders
  • Conduct city-level consultation workshops to drive project progress
  • Manage project budgets and track finances effectively
  • Lead monitoring and report writing efforts for the MHT team
  • Develop and implement the organization's programme in select slums
